Upon arrival, my partner and I were impressed by the luxurious feel of this hotel. the exclusive amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool and spa centre, fulfilled our desires for relaxation. the location advantage of this venue was unbeatable, being just a short walk to entertainment and dining options. the service was top-notch and exceeded our expectations. the restaurant provided delicious Halal food, perfect for our dietary needs. In-room breakfast was a treat, served with a variety of options. the private facilities provided an added touch of luxury.

The only minor issue we experienced was the bar/lounge area being quite busy and difficult to find seating during peak hours. the staff were accommodating and found us a private area to enjoy our drinks.

We had an amazing stay at The Star in Sydney. The facilities were fantastic and everything was in great working order. Our room was cleaned beautifully and it had a wonderful atmosphere for a little stay-cation. We also received exceptional customer service from Serena at the front desk. She was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She even offered us a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite and allowed us to check in early with our newborn baby. I highly recommend staying at The Star for a great experience.

What a fantastic hotel! I recently stayed at The Star in Sydney for a business trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. The executive suite I stayed in was one of the nicest I've ever experienced, with amazing amenities and even remote controlled blinds. The room itself was spacious with plenty of natural light, and I even received complimentary champagne upon check-in. The executive lounge was a great bonus, and the late checkout was inclusive. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were large and powerful. I had an awesome time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had a great stay at The Star. The upgrade to a 2-bedroom residence with a view was amazing. Despite the renovations, the staff made sure our stay was comfortable and even arranged a complementary dining chair. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to the casino, The Lyric theatre, and provides easy access to the harbor. The hotel also boasts 5-star restaurants, ensuring a variety of dining options. The room offered excellent views, and the bathroom amenities were satisfactory. The staff provided amazing service, going above and beyond to fulfill special requests, such as having a bottle of champagne in the room for a wedding anniversary celebration. Additionally, the buffet breakfast had a great variety, catering to different tastes.

The breakfast buffet at The Star Grand Hotel is by far one of the best out there. The pool offers a refreshing and enjoyable experience with its perfect water temperature. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with the latest technology and luxurious amenities. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Darling Harbour's shops and restaurants.

Nothing it was perfect.

they surprised me with an early check, in and even upgraded me to a spacious two, bedroom apartment. the room was beautiful, clean, and modern with a very comfortable bed and a lovely shower. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions such as the theater and the harbor. the light rail transport right outside the hotel made it very convenient to get around the city.

the check, in process on the upper floor was understaffed, resulting in long waits.

The bathroom drains were all blocked, causing the bathroom to flood after a short shower. the maintenance response was slow and it took several calls to get the issue fixed.

This hotel has a great location in a lively area close to the casino, Convention Centre, and Lyric theatre. The rooms are comfortable and modern, with amenities like a proper cot for babies. The hotel offers a generous upgrade and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, including personalized notes and gifts. The pool area is amazing, especially for families with kids.

The breakfast service was not up to the expected standard, with room service not setting up the second breakfast and causing disappointment.

No kitchen facilities or microwave in the 2-bedroom apartment, only a refrigerated drawer instead of a fridge. Valet parking and helpful staff. Difficulty contacting housekeeping for clean towels, but overall a great experience in a casino atmosphere.
